Welcome to the Centre. We opened for the 2025 summer season on the May long weekend. We are now usually open 10: AM to 4: PM Thursdays through Mondays, closed usually Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But contact us if you have a group and we’ll see if we can accommodate you otherwise.

Group tours may be available by contacting us in advance.

The Saturna Heritage Centre at the Fog Alarm Building needs you! We will be looking for volunteers to host at the FAB and welcome guests into the Saturna Heritage Centre with Demaris this summer! The shifts are short (2-4 hours) and flexible! This is a great opportunity to learn more about the FAB and Saturna History and get involved in the community. RSVP to saturnaheritagecentre@gmail.com if you are interested! We also have ongoing heritage projects. Are you interested in Saturna history, especially First Nations’ presence for millenia? Contact us to become involved. Visit the Timeline on our site for a taste.

And we need volunteers to become involved with administration, volunteer coordination, and, of course, fundraising.

Location: East Point Light Station in the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve, Tekteksen (Saturna Island), the colonial project on unceded land known as B.C.
